Sabre recently had the exciting opportunity to work with some very effective leaders from ALDI.
The business game 'Battlespace' was used to help highlight some important team, leadership and business themes. This tabletop business game is far more than just a straight team building challenge or simplistic military themed "run around" activity.
It's a highly sophisticated journey into how to survive and thrive in a complex and competitive environment. It explores teamwork, leadership, task overload, efficiency and the military decision-making process amongst other key issues and themes.
As an indoor activity it's also highly versatile in terms of where it can be delivered, as opposed to some of our other military team building approaches such as the Strike Force.
