We have recently delivered a highly tailored Amazing Team Race sponsored by the good folks at Samsung for The Vita Group.
The Vita Group, founded by entrepreneur and multi award winning business woman Maxine Howe, are the fastest growing and most dynamic phone and technonology retail group in Australia and were celebrating their 20th Anniversary.
250 participants in teams of 8 - 10 embarked from Jupiters on foot to undertake numerous legs of the race around the Broadbeach area making use of maps, clues and many useful Samsung devices to add a dash of cutting edge technology.
The Vita Teams as always brought their company values to life with great energy and competitive spirit as they rose to every challenge during the event. We have been honoured to work with these guys for years delivering not just team building events, but also Belbin profiles and accreditations.
Our great mates Zane and Anna from the Neuropower Group had also worked with the teams earlier in the day teaching their RELISH model for accelerated teaming based on current neuroscience. It was nice to link the activity components to this great model.
