A recent team and leadership development session for a client saw us working at the famous Sandringham Yacht Club south of Melbourne.
Teams completed a comprehensive Belbin Team Roles session and de-brief of their profiles, and also embarked on an ocean journey crewing some top-class yachts.
Both sets of experiences helped the teams to chart the best possible course.
