Our ever-popular project based team building challenge, Fashion Fiasco, has been tailored recently to match the values and sustainability initiatives of the Dulux Group.
Our fashion based team challenges like Fashion Fiasco are designed to be inclusive, and whist fun, are also used to draw out team innovation, project management skills and cross-functional communication.
On this occasion we also injected a range of creative themes for teams to tackle that required highly innovative uses for recyclable materials, with an emphasis upon effective use of resources with sustainability in mind.
Teams need to create and brand their own fashion houses, then design and manufacture catwalk outfits. Selecting their own models, each team also needs to stage their own catwalk show. This real time project puts teams under some pressure to perform, and deliver on time to turn their ideas into tangible actions and winning end results.
