One of these is the ‘Paint Your Brand’ challenge that requires smaller sub teams to engage in limited planning meetings in ‘chat rooms’ for planning and then executing shared designs for a unique branded artwork.
A team of enthusiastic professional netballers recently did a sensational job of this challenge at Novotel Twin Waters Resort on the Sunshine Coast. They directed their focus and energy into creating a winning outcome for all teams that encapsulated their key motivating themes and values.
