Having 300 people build their very own boats from sophisticated blueprints and huge cardboard sheets is a pretty cool team building challenge.

Recently at the beautiful Sanctuary Cove precinct on Australia's Gold Coast the wonderful folks from A Mart put their sturdy vessels to the test alongside super yachts on the lagoons at the IHG Sanctuary Cove Resort.
