Indoor team building becomes popular during the recent weather events

Many classic team building options are still outdoor formats, but when the weather turns foul it can be problematic to try and press on with a Plan A.

During the recent weather events on Australia’s East Coast there have been many occasions when a planned outdoor team build had to shift quickly to an indoor back up Plan B option.

Often clients who have faced the stress of weather induced chaos at a conference or an off-site previously will pro-actively pick indoor options as a safe all-weather alternative.
