Many options are up our sleeve for great team building on the Gold Coast
We have delivered a lot of events across Australia and overseas recently, but the Gold Coast is still our home base and our favourite location.
A fun session was recently held at Star Gold Coast for 200 great people from Toshiba.
Our Gold Coast Quest format was used to get delegates out and about around the venue and the Broadbeach area on a typically beautiful sunny Gold Coast day.
The Quest requires teams to plan and prioritise for maximum profitability be selecting tasks from many possible challenge categories. There are significantly more potential tasks than time allows for, and so teams must not only balance planning and execution but also make good decisive calls on how to use their time.
This challenge can also be used to re-enforce high-end Team Role theory as tasks draw out a variety of thinking, social and action-oriented team behaviours in real time. This allows for individual and collective behaviours to be observed, understood and de-briefed.
Incorporating memorable locations, in this case places such as Kurrawa Beach and the Broadbeach precinct, enables teams to get out and about and have fun together to break up conference content.
Over the years our Quest concept has been tailored and adapted to suit everything from serious fun to serious outcomes and from simplified one-hour off-site versions to multi-day programmes. This makes it a versatile team building approach into which we can inject many different styles of tasks and challenges to suit the required level of complexity and also the selected location.
For team building Gold Coast we have many great indoor and outdoor options that can be atilored to meet a wide range of client briefs ranging from pure fun to structured team development.
