A recent work trip to the EU and UK afforded some of the Sabre team a welcome bit of travelling to Rome and Pompeii.
Whilst the trips had some pleasant down time, it was also an opportune occasion to add research and first-hand indulgence into Roman history. This has added some depth for a few new additions to our ‘When in Rome’ business game.
When in Rome is one of our favourite business games / executive management exercises, and we love running it with clients to draw out many key learnings about leadership and team dynamics.
We have deployed this for large and small groups internationally. We can easily scale it from the fun end of the spectrum to higher-end L&D outcomes in concert with Belbin depending upon how we tailor it.
Dressing up in Togas is fun, and so too is making teams and leaders better. Team and leadership development can be both meaningful and fun with the right activities.
